Frequently asked questions
Is the online consultation free?
Yes. The online consultation is free and lasts 30 minutes, by Google Meet or phone call. It is a discovery call, not a technical assessment, design review or site visit.
Is my on-site request confirmed straight away?
No. On-site requests stay pending until I confirm them. Duration, travel and fee are confirmed after the project location and scope are reviewed.
Who can see the files I upload?
Uploaded files are stored privately and are only accessible to me.
